At Carters Bed City you will find the largest Vi-spring display in the area along with hundreds of other beds on display, including big brands such as Harrison Spinks, Dunlopillo, Sealy, Relyon, Slumberland, Health Beds, Hypnos and Kaymed to name but a few.

We have a specialist section for our electric adjustable beds, and chairs with many different models to try and fully qualified staff to demonstrate for you.

Due to our close business relationship with our suppliers we are able to source furniture made all around the world, as well as products which are manufactured locally as well. 

Both stores are open 7 days a week and even when the doors are shut, we can assist you with online chat and we have an email system which is monitored 24/7 for any urgent enquiries.

Carters Furniture and Bed City both have large free car parks on site for your convenience as well as customer friendly lifts at both stores.

The Amalfi and Monza’s arms have our signature double wrap padding for a sumptuous look and added comfort. Shown here with cording which highlights the fine detailing around the scroll arm, back and the cushions, self-coloured piping is also an option. The high buttoned back effectively supports the contours of the spine and lumbar region. Mix and match with the various options available.As with all our products, these durable chairs and sofas feature traditional quality construction inside and out using hardwood frames and are glued, double dowelled and screwed. ‘Reflex’ foam seat cushions are supported by coil springs combined with sprung front edge – ensuring lasting comfort. The buttoned back design offers elegant and supportive comfort, in a sofa dimensioned to suit the smaller room. The Amalfi range is available with power or manual recliner action chairs.
